Shakers Restirred

by John Godber

15th - 17th October 2009

Many thanks to all involved what an amazing show!

Our cast of four bought this show to life on our little stage and completely wowed the audience three nights in a row. The whole production ran like clockwork and that is down to the hard work of everyone involved.

From the original inspiration for the show through to delivering it on stage my congratulations go to Oli Sparasci who when teamed up with John O’Conner together drove this to the success that it was. John deserves such enormous credit for delivering this show he worked tirelessly with cast bringing them to a stage, where to be honest, they acted out of their skins. John’s belief in his cast has been rock solid throughout. A big thank you as well to Ben Hollebon for Stage Managing this Production and to Karen Hollebon for Choreographing the show and of course to all our back stage crew and of course front of house.

Being in our venue so close to the action is the perfect place to see this type of production.

Lastly but definitely not least well done to our cast, these four young ladies served up their lines with passion and emotion bringing each character to life, they danced for us, changed gender for us and created every character in words and in force of action so well done all.

Pantomime January 2010

Dick Whittington

Directed by Suzi Allen

Many thanks to everyone involved in Pantomime from back stage to front of house and everyone inbetween it was an amazing effort!

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

Directed by David Villiers

Randle Patrick McMurphy, a recidivist criminal serving a short sentence on a prison farm for statutory rape, is transferred to a mental institution. This is possibly a ploy to avoid hard labor and serve the rest of his sentence in a more relaxed environment. He is anti-authoritarian with a history of violence, but he exhibits no signs of mental illness. But has he made the biggest mistake of his life.

An incredibly moving play performed in the round.

Many many thanks to all involved in this club production.
